Team One Fitness offers flexible personal training options on Sydney’s Eastern suburbs beaches and parks. We can fit in with your schedule, at the location that is most convenient for you. One-to-one personal training classes are 1 hour, unless requested differently.
My home gym and spacious backyard (1481 Botany Road, Botany) has all the equipment needed to conduct awesome personal training workouts, including air rower, spin bike, treadmill, dumbbells, olympic bars, kettlebells, slam balls, pull up bar, benches, boxing bag and other boxing equipment. We also like to train at some of the beautiful surrounding parks such as Sir Joseph Banks Park.
Team One Fitness has permits to train on Bondi and Coogee beach, on the sand and also on the grass if you prefer. Bondi and Coogee offer great opportunities to mix up your training by incorporating stairs and hills, to keep your training program interesting and varied.
We offer personal training in most of Sydney’s Eastern suburbs. No matter if you live in Maroubra, Mascot, Waverly, Randwick, we can train in most locations near your house, or we can come to you and train at your house if your space allows this.
Whether you want to improve fitness, lose weight, build muscle, rehab a sports injury, shape-up for a wedding or holiday, maintain your fitness while pregnant or get back into training after giving birth, we have the right exercise program to meet your goals, the expertise you want and the experience you deserve!
Your personal training sessions will be tailored to meet your goals, while incorporating the type of training you enjoy. We tend to focus on a combination of cardio and strength, including using kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls and battling ropes, as well as boxing and high intensity interval circuit training. Some clients prefer to focus on cardio and incorporate running sessions, whilst others prefer strength based training. We will advise you on the type of training that will give you the best and fastest results to meet your personal goals.
For those of you who are new to fitness or have been out of the game for a while, personal training is also a great way to boost your confidence and motivation, as well as your strength and fitness, prior to starting our group fitness classes at Bondi, Coogee Beach or Botany.
G’day! I’m Yves, founder of Team One Fitness. Originally from Belgium, I’ve worked in the fitness industry since I was 20, initially teaching spin classes and outdoor adventure sports, before focusing on functional training, and health and fitness, which has become my lifelong passion.
Team One Fitness opened its doors in 2012 and it has given me the opportunity to do what I love, working with people and motivating them to live their life to the fullest, and reach their health and fitness goals. I’ve lived in Australia since 2009 around the Eastern Suburbs, finally settling in Botany in 2020. We love the community feel that Botany has and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. My three beautiful kids keep me on my toes every day and inspire me to do what I do, the best I can!

1 hour personal training is $105 per session (inc. GST). Team One Fitness also has options for small group training for up to 4 people.
