Our Botany group fitness classes enable members to reap the benefits of fun, motivating and effective fitness training, with all the same focus on safety, technique and achievement that you would receive in a one-to-one Personal Training Session.
Our Botany fitness classes offer a mix of Cardio HIIT and Legs Bums & Tums classes and are held at my home gym/backyard at 1481 Botany Rd in Botany. Classes are live streamed so you can join by Zoom if you prefer!
Exercising alone can become boring and tedious over time, and this can lead to giving up before you’ve had the chance to reap the full benefits.
All workouts are customised to every level of fitness and ability.
Cardio HIIT – A short and sharp 30 min mega-burn sweat workout. We’ll run you through a high intensity cardio workout which will keep your heart rate elevated until the end of the class (and after). The workouts consist of body weight exercises (cardio and strength). We often use light hand weights for a range of different exercises.
Legs Bums & Tums – This 45 min workout focusses on isolated exercises which will strengthen your glutes and core muscles. Low impact workout which will really work those often neglected muscle groups which helps reduce risk of injury.
