Team One Fitness was founded in July 2012 by Yves Minten. Our workouts feature a bootcamp style of training, with no sergeant major! By taking action, our goal is to inspire, motivate and guide you towards achieving your health and fitness goals. We exercise in a safe and effective way, and we will partner with you as you reach your goals.
We take the approach that exercise should be fun – a means to de-stress, keep fit, re-energise or simply take time out for yourself. Exercise can be part of your life.
