Our 6 Week Shred is designed for achieving great results in a fun, motivating and positive environment. The secret is the right combination of nutrition and exercise!
This is not a ‘biggest loser’ type challenge. Not everybody will be coming in with the goal of weight loss. People usually join for different reasons ranging from fat loss, getting stronger and fitter, to being more disciplined, more energised, and more motivated! Some join just for the Super Shred Saturday classes or just for the awesome camaraderie that these challenges create!
Our 45 minute workouts combine strength, cardio and high intensity training – to burn calories while building muscle to boost your metabolism!
Once again there will be additional Saturday extra-long ‘Super Shred Fat Burning’ classes. These Saturday workouts are optional, even if you can only make a few of these, you can still get great results!
Diet is also key to maximising your results and so we have formulated a comprehensive food and lifestyle manual to guide you on what to eat and when, why certain foods should be eliminated and how to avoid the common pitfalls which lead to fat loss plateau or weight gain. Alongside your training program, this will enable you to achieve your best results! Unlike many restrictive and unsustainable diets, this program offers flexibility and variety, so you can choose the foods you enjoy and make long-term changes to the way you eat to maintain your transformation results. The manual includes vegetarian and vegan options.
The 6 Week Shred offers the opportunity to work together with likeminded people to achieve health and fitness goals and to boost confidence!

- Intensive Super Shred classes on Saturdays (6 in total). These classes take about 1.5 to 2 hours, are challenging and a lot of fun! On of one of the Super Shred classes you can expect a workout at the Cronulla sand dunes!
- 2 face to face Evening Workouts (one in Bondi, one in Coogee)
- Training by experienced and certified trainers. Head coach Yves, has over 15 years of experience and has helped over 1000+ people to realise their fitness goals

Do I have to be fit to join Team One Fitness sessions?
Our classes have a high intensity level but are designed so that everyone can work at their own pace and level regardless of their fitness levels.
What do I have to bring to the Saturday Super Shred Classes?
Always bring your trainers for the Super Shred Saturday classes. Wear comfortable work out gear and bring some water. In sunny weather we recommend you apply sunscreen and wear a hat. If you need to bring something else we will let you know on our Whatsapp group.
Will sessions be cancelled due to bad weather?
We love to operate rain, hail or shine! In the event of extreme weather conditions, we will cancel sessions and notify you. I’ve only cancelled 3 classes in the past 10 years due to severe lightning and so the chances are very small!
Is the 6 Week Shred just a weight loss challenge?
Although the focus is definitely fat loss, people often join focus on fitness, strength, building muscle and boosting their confidence and self-esteem.
When does the 6 Week Shred start?
The Shred kicks-off Sunday 4 February 2024! Registration closes on Thursday 1 February!
Can I mentally prepare myself for the 6 Week Shred?
Absolutely! Having the right mindset will be crucial to achieve maximum results. Give yourself enough time to understand how the exercise and diet plan works. Make sure you to get rid of tempting food that might make it harder to stick to the plan, and plan ahead by stocking up on the food specified in the plan.
What if I can't make it to some of the Super Shred Saturday or Shred evening classes?
We all have busy lives and it wouldn’t be unusual if you miss some of the workouts. The whole idea is that you’ll be burning as many calories as possible and joining the classes will help to get to your targets. On the other hand, you don’t need to do these classes and can still get great results doing your own training (as long as you can push yourself to the required level)! In other words, if you nail the diet component and get your training in, you’ll do well!

If this is the case, I’m definitely happy to help you out if I can. Just get in touch and I’m happy to lend you some equipment.
