Join our Easter Botany Holiday Camp!
At Team One Kids Botany Holiday camps we understand the importance of keeping children active, encouraging outdoor play and exploration of their environment, and developing their social skills.
Our Botany holiday camps are packed with games, fun challenges, sporting activities, treasure hunts, water balloon activities and much more! Several activities are designed to develop speed and agility skills. While many sports require sprinting, and the ability to react and respond quickly, most children have never been taught how to master these skills!
We teach sprint techniques to enable our children to perform better in sports and activities. Our program is packed with games and races which makes learning these skills fun!
Our holiday camps focus on agility and reaction speed. Agility is the ability to change direction rapidly, whilst maintaining speed and precision. Our drills and games teach young athletes healthy habits, proper body positioning, balance, coordination, and hand-eye coordination.
Our Botany holiday camps are fun but also teach children the importance of teamwork, whilst learning these valuable new skills!
We promise to keep your children happy, engaged, safe, nurtured and make sure that they’re having fun!

Your trainer Yves Minten
As a father of three beautiful kids I understand how important it is to make sure our kids get the best possible active upbringing in a safe environment.
I have worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years and am driven by my passion for health, fitness and empowering all my clients, young and old, to achieve their goals. I take a motivating approach to training and have experience across all ages and ability, tailoring my sessions to make sure every participant’s needs are met.
After qualifying with a Bachelor degree in Physical Education in Belgium, I specialised in teaching children adventure sports such as climbing, abseiling, canoeing, and organising school sport programs. After 7 years in 2009, I made the big move to Australia, and in 2012 I launched Team One Fitness. Team One Fitness offers outdoor group fitness/bootcamp classes on Bondi Beach and Coogee. We also provide personal and corporate training.
I’ve always enjoyed working with children and love to inspire and motivate them so they can develop into healthier (and fitter) human beings!
I have my Working With Children Check clearance.
Any Questions about our Botany Holiday camp?
Check out our FAQ. If you haven’t found your answer, drop a comment in our ‘Get in Touch Box’ or give us a call (0424245578).
Do I have to be fit to join the Team One Kids Botany holiday camp??
Our programs are designed so that everyone can work at their own pace and level regardless of their fitness levels.
What age does my child have to be to join the Team One Kids Botany holiday camps?
Between 7 and 12 year old.
What should my child wear to the sessions?
Active wear (weather appropriate) and running shoes.
What should my child bring to the Team One Kids Botany Holiday Camp?
Children will need to bring plenty of water and a healthy lunch to keep them active during the day (no nuts please). Parents are also advised to pack snacks that the children can have in the breaks. Also please make sure your child brings a hat and don’t forget to apply sunscreen before the session. If you need to bring something else we will let you know beforehand.
Will sessions be cancelled due to bad weather?
We love to operate rain, hail or shine! In the event of extreme weather conditions, we will cancel sessions and notify you. I’ve only cancelled 3 classes in the past 10 years due to severe lightning and so the chances are very small! These sessions will be rescheduled.
When do registrations close?
Registrations close when the camp is fully booked or 24 hours before the start of the camp.
