Holidays are the best time of the year and we all love a bit of indulgence! \u00a0Being in a different environment, on a different schedule, sometimes no access to gyms or other training locations and no equipment, often leads to loss of motivation and a decrease in fitness levels. \u00a0Here are some handy tips for keeping fit on holiday:<\/p>\n
Try some new physical activities, something exciting like rock climbing<\/p>\n
Here are some ideas: skipping rope,\u00a0thera band or any kind of rubber tubes,\u00a0TRX which can be used for a complete full body workout,\u00a0inflatable fit ball,\u00a0gym mat or extra towel to do floor exercises.<\/p>\n
Here are some ideas:\u00a0Chair or bench, stairs, walls for squat holds, poles for TRX or rubber band exercises\u00a0or the\u00a0floor and splash out on hard core floor workout.<\/p>\n
HITT is a basic technique of alternating periods of high-intensity exercise with short rest periods for a specific number of sets. These short, intense bursts of exercises can be cardio, strength-based or a mix of both. HITT workouts result in a nine times faster fat loss then a long \u2018slow\u2019 cardio workout.<\/p>\n
