Not at all, our sessions are designed so that everyone can work at their own pace and level regardless of their fitness levels.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>\r\n\r\n Always bring your trainers, comfortable work out gear and some water. Beach sessions are normally a bare foot affair.\u00a0In sunny weather we recommend you put on sunscreen and wear a hat.\u00a0If you are doing a boxing class, bring some boxing inner gloves.\u00a0We provide gloves and pads. If you prefer to use your own gear, please feel free to bring them along.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>\r\n\r\n We love to operate rain, hail or shine!\u00a0In the event of extreme weather conditions, we will cancel sessions and notify you by email if time permits or Facebook.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>\r\n\r\n – Foods to eat 1-2 hours before exercising: milk shake or fruit smoothie,\u00a0sports bars (check labels for carbohydrate and protein content),\u00a0breakfast cereal with milk,\u00a0cereal bars,\u00a0fruit-flavoured yoghurt,\u00a0fruit<\/p>\n – Foods to eat 3-4 hours before exercising: baked beans on toast,\u00a0breakfast cereal with milk,\u00a0bread roll with cheese\/meat filling + banana,\u00a0pasta or rice with a sauce based on low-fat ingredients (e.g. tomato, vegetables, lean meat)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/li>\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"yoast_head":"\n What do I have to bring to the session?<\/strong><\/h2>
